These Website and SMS Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the NTX Floors website and your participation in NTX Floors text-messaging programs. By using our website, you agree to these Terms. These Terms supplement, and do not replace, any estimate, proposal, sales agreement, installation contract, warranty, financing agreement, or other project-specific document between you and NTX Floors. If a project-specific signed agreement conflicts with these website Terms, the signed agreement controls for that project.

You may use this website for lawful personal or business purposes related to learning about, requesting, or purchasing NTX Floors products and services. You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape content through automated means without permission, or use its content for unlawful or misleading purposes.

Website content and informal communications are provided for general information and do not constitute a binding project price or scope. Project pricing, product selections, quantities, installation requirements, payment terms, warranties, and other obligations are governed by the applicable estimate, proposal, invoice, contract, and warranty documents. Availability, measurements, lead times, and installation dates may change until confirmed in writing.

When you affirmatively opt in, NTX Floors may send text messages concerning estimates, measurement appointments, consultations, scheduling, delivery, installation reminders, project updates, invoices, payments, customer support, review requests, and, when separately authorized, promotional offers.

By submitting your mobile number through an NTX Floors form and checking the applicable consent box, replying affirmatively to an opt-in request, or otherwise providing documented consent, you authorize NTX Floors to send text messages to that number. Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Message frequency varies based on your project and interactions. Message and data rates may apply.

You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided and that you are authorized to consent to messages at that number. If your number changes or is reassigned, you agree to notify us promptly.

You may unsubscribe from text messages at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we may send one confirmation message. To request assistance, reply HELP, call 817-203-3003, or email sales@ntxfloors.com. We may still communicate with you through other lawful channels concerning requested services, safety matters, legal obligations, or an active transaction.

Text-message delivery is subject to your wireless carrier and network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. NTX Floors does not guarantee that every message will be received.

Our collection and use of personal information are described in the NTX Floors Privacy Policy. Mobile information and SMS consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Unless otherwise indicated, website text, graphics, logos, photographs, designs, and other content are owned by or licensed to NTX Floors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit such content without written permission.

The website may link to third-party sites or services. NTX Floors does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or privacy practices.

To the extent permitted by law, the website and its general content are provided “as is” and “as available.” NTX Floors disclaims warranties concerning uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or the accuracy of general website content. This disclaimer does not alter any written product or installation warranty that applies to a customer’s project.

To the extent permitted by law, NTX Floors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from use of the website or participation in the SMS program. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

We may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Changes do not retroactively modify a signed project agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating solely to these Terms will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction in Texas, subject to any controlling project-specific agreement and applicable law.
